San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Credit Program 2018-2019 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 4/22. Current students must complete registration by May 20 to avoid $35 renewal fee. After August 15, a $50 surcharge applies to all.

User Name/Password:  Current student username (student ID) is same as 2017-2018, password has all been reset to student's birthday: yyyymmdd .

Onsite Registration:     If you have questions or unable to process at home, school office is open9:30 am-2:30 pm on school days, and August 26, 2018.

Eligibility:                    Students of 7th grade or higher, with some fundamental knowledge of Chinese Language.                  

Class Schedule:           Sundays at Miramar College ( refer to 2018_2019 SDHXCS calendar).                       

                                    Two sessions:               Classes are conducted in Chinese.

                        Morning class:            9:30 am - 1:00 pm        

                        Afternoon class:          1:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Registration fee:     Not refundable.Applies to the current studentsif registration received after May 20, 2018.    

Method of Payment:   Online payment with Visa/MasterCard. A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

                                      Check payment must be accompanied with online registration confirmation slip. One check one student, payable to SDHXCS. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total amount for each bounced check.

Registration priority:   The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 20, 2018. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.

Refund Policy:            The last day for refund is by midnight, November 4, 2018 (request received via email).

                                     $20 processing fee plus $30 per week ($50 AP) will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

Withdraw:                  Fill out online withdraw form and forward withdrawal confirmation to school management.
