San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Credit Program 2017-2018 Registration Policy

Online Registration:      Begins 4/16. Deadline for current student is 5/14 before registration fee applies.

Onsite Registration:     If you pay by check/money order, please turn in your payment and online registration confirmation to office on 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 8/27, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Location:                     Room F-212, Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd. San Diego, CA. 92126

Eligibility:                    Students of 7th grade or higher, with some fundamental knowledge of Chinese Language.

Class Schedule:           Sundays at Miramar College ( refer to 2017_2018 SDHXCS calendar).

                   Two sessions:

             Morning class:            9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

             Afternoon class:           1:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Classes are conducted in Chinese.

Registration fee:      Not refundable.Applies to the current students if registration received or postmarked after the deadline, May 14, 2017.    

Method of Payment:   Online payment with Visa/MasterCard is preferred. If pay by check / money order, please writeseparate check/money order for each student, payable to SDHXCS, mail it with a copy of the application. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total amount for each bounced check.

Registration priority:   The current studentsenjoy priority if registration/payment is received by 11:59 pm

                                    midnight, May 14, 2017. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.              

Refund Policy:           The last day for refund is November 5, 2017, before 11:59 pm (request received via email).

                                   $20 processing fee plus $30/week ($50 AP) will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

Withdraw:                  Fill out the online withdrawal form, and forward withdrawal confirmation email to us.
