网上付费:

Ø  采用网上付费方式,快捷便利,一次成功,无需再多手续。使用信用卡的回馈对您是一个奖励!网上付费后收据会自动送到您所填写的学生邮箱。

Ø  网上付费后收据会自动送到您所填写的信用卡持有人邮箱(请注意邮箱地址拼写正确!!)。请将此收据保留至2018-2019学年结束,以备日后查询或更改之用。如未收到收据,请检查trash /spam。

Ø 注意!! 不能多次点击"submit" 或"Pay Now"键,否则有可能产生多次付费。如果点击"submit"或"Pay Now" 后系统无反应,请即退出申请程序,并马上以邮件联系我们。

Ø  请勿申请网上退款。如有任何原因需要退费,请参照下面“信息更改”。

Ø  选择支票方式付费附加手续费$20。

Ø  若无法网上付费而采用支票付费,请在提交表格后尽快寄支票到:SDHXCS,  PO Box 928338, San Diego, CA 92192。学费收讫后注册方视为完成。

Ø  为防止重复注册,一旦注册提交成功,系统将不再允许注册同一学生。

Ø  如果提交并付费成功后需要更改注册内容(课程,年级,上课时间,退学等),请点击学生信息更改/退学申请表,填写递交。

在校生注册:

Ø  请直接至http://courses.sdhxcs.org登录自己的学生账号,更新密码及个人信息后选课注册(请参照学生注册指南)。

Ø  注意!!  学生ID与2017_18学年一致,但密码被统一设置为学生生日yyyymmdd形式。

Ø  尚未登录过学校网站的学生,请向您的任课老师查询学生ID。

Ø  登录后请参照“在校生注册指南”注册。

Ø  登录后必须更新学生的个人资料(所在学校,所在年级,等)方能继续。

 

 

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School 2018-2019 Registration Instruction

 

Stop!   Look to the right side of this page, read the Regular Program, Credit Program, and Enrichment Program Registration Policy before filling out forms.  

Pay online:

Ø Online payment is fast, easy, and convenient. Enjoy a reward too from your credit card company!

Ø  Attention!! Do not click "submit" or "Pay Now" more than once, it may cause multiple charges. If the system fails to respond, please retreat from the application and contact us immediately.

Ø  With online payment, an auto receipt will be send to your credit card payee's email address immediately (Be sure to correctly spell out your email address!!). Please keep the receipt till the end of the 2018-2019 school year in case you need to make changes.  Check your trash/spam if you don't see the auto receipt.

Ø  Do Not apply for online refund! Refund can only be done, upon request, by the Administration. Please refer to below " Update Information".

Ø  A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

Ø  If unable to make online payment, you may choose pay by check. After submitting the registration, mail the check to: SDHXCS, PO Box 928338, San Diego, CA 92192. Registration is complete only after payment is received.

Registration & Update:

Ø  Before click "Submit" button, please check thoroughly that all info is correct, especially your email address.

Ø  To prevent multiple registration, the system will not accept the same application again once it has been successfully submitted.

Ø  To update your registration information (i.e. change program, grade level, class time, withdraw, etc.), please click Registration Update/Withdraw Request fill out and submit.

Ø  Attention!! Your username (student ID) is the same as of 2017-2018, but password has been reset to your birthday in the format of yyyymmdd.

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Regular Program 2018-2019 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 4/22. Current students must complete registration by May 20 to avoid $35 renewal fee. After August 15, a $50 surcharge applies to all.

User Name/Password:  Current student username (student ID) is same as 2017-2018, password has all been reset to student's birthday: yyyymmdd.

Onsite Registration:     If you have questions or unable to process at home, school office is open 9:30am-2:30pm on school days, and August 26, 2018.

Eligibility:                    years +.

Class Schedule:           Sundays, at Miramar College ( refer to 2018_2019 SDHXCS calendar).

                               Two sessions:

                         Morning class:            9:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.   Enrichment class: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.     

                         Afternoon class:          1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.    Enrichment class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Method of Payment:    Online payment with Visa/MasterCard. A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

                                       Check payment must be accompanied with online registration confirmation slip. One check one student, payable to SDHXCS. Theschool is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total  amount for each bounced check.

Refund Policy:            The last day for refund is by midnight, October 7, 2018 (request received via email).

                                     $20 processing fee plus $20 per week will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Enrichment Program 2018-2019 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins August 1, 2018.

Onsite Registration:     If you have questions or unable to process at home, school office is open at 9:30am - 2:30pm on school days, and August 26, 2018.

Location:                     Room F-212, Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd. San Diego,CA92126.

Course Schedule:         September 16, 2018 - May 12, 2019.

Class Time:                  Two sessions:

                         Morning class:  11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.        

                         Afternoon class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

                         Multiple class participation is allowed for each student as long as schedule permits. 

Tuition:                       Student enrolled in Chinese program - as indicated in the program schedule;

                                    Student not enrolled in Chinese program - add $100 surcharge. 

Method of Payment:    Online payment with Visa/MasterCard .

Refund Policy:             No refund , prorate or change of class after 1st class meet begins. Course introductions or videos are displayed on school website for your reference.

Teaching Language:   English or Chinese at the instructor's choice.    

Class Capacity:           Varies. As indicated in the program.    

Cancellation:              Class maybe cancelled if enrollment is low. Class schedules maybe altered due to room availability. In either case, tuition maybe fully refunded upon request.
