ACTFL通讯：

11月20日至22日，2015年全美外语教学年会 (ACTFL)与世界语言博览会(World Language Expo)在圣地亚哥会展中心举行。安排紧凑的几百场讲座一如既往的吸引了几千名来自美国各地和其它国家的专家教授、大中小学教师、学校/学区/大学理事会主管，以及上百家出版社、语言教学工具研发商。此届年会由加州外语教师协会主办，九个语言教师协会、学区外语主管协会协办，是美国最大的外语教学年会，汇集了全美几乎所有外语教学界的精英和官员。

由全美中小学中文教师协会（CLASS）、全美中文学校协会（CSAUS）、全美中文学校联合总会（NCACLS）和俄亥俄州立大学全美东亚语文资源中心（NEALRC）组成的全美中华语言文化联盟（NCLCC），经过三年的研讨和准备工作，在大会上举办了题为“开启与美国民众的对话”的论坛，介绍联盟的宗旨，意在向所有关心教育、关心美国利益的听众阐述华文教育的重要性和必要性，以及联盟为在美国进一步推广华文教育所做的计划。

论坛由CLASS执行主任林游岚博士主持，CLASS 会长贾宝才、CSAUS副会长邢彬、NCACLS会长谢雯玲代表各自的协会发言，NEARLC 主任吴伟克博士做了介绍和总结。

我协会会长张星钰、理事张长春、和前会长帅致若也参加了大会。

全美中华语言文化联盟是2012年由全美中文学校协会倡议，经俄州大全美东亚语文资源中心牵线，于2013年在亚特兰大的ACTFL 年会期间成立的。该联盟现由美国教育部 Title VI 语言资源中心基金资助，由三大组织轮流主持会议和活动。
