San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Regular Program 2019-2020 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 4/14. Current students must complete registration by May 19 to avoid $35 renewal fee. After August 1st, an additional $50 late fee applies to all.

User Name/Password:  Current student username (student ID) is same as 2019-2019. No username is needed for new students' registration.

Onsite Registration:     If you have questions or unable to process at home, school office is open 9:30am-2:30pm on school days, and August 11.

Eligibility:                    years + by September 2019.

Class Schedule:           Sundays, at Miramar College ( refer to 2019_2020 SDHXCS calendar).

                               Two sessions:

                         Morning class:            9:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.   Enrichment class: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.     

                         Afternoon class:          1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.    Enrichment class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

1 Textbooks not included.

2 Per student.

3 Refundable after parents fulfill required service work.

4 Applies on top of total after midnight, August 1st, 2019.

*San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School reserves the rights of not accepting or suspending any students.

Classes are conducted in Chinese; Bilingual classes are conducted in Chinese with assistance of English.

Registration fee:     Not refundable.Applies to the current students if registration received after May 19, 2019.

Method of Payment:    Online payment with Visa/MasterCard. A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

                                       Check payment must be accompanied with online registration confirmation slip. One check one student, payable to SDHXCS. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total  amount for each bounced check.

Registration Priority:   The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 19, 2019. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.

Refund Policy:            The last day for refund is by midnight, October 6, 2019 (request received via email).

                                     $20 processing fee plus $20 per week will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

Withdraw:                  Fill out online withdraw form and forward withdrawal confirmation to school management.
