San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Regular Program 2022-2023 Registration Policy

 

Online Registration: Begins April 10. Current students must complete registration by May 15 to avoid $50 registration fee. After July 25, an additional $50 late fee applies to all.
User Name/Password: Current student username (student ID) is same as 2021-2022. New student registration link is here.
Eligibility: 5½ years + by September 2022.
Class Schedule: 

( refer to 2022_2023 SDHXCS calendar)

Saturday online classes (minimum enrollment 10 students/class)

• Morning class:            9:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.   

• Afternoon class:         1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.      

Sunday onsite classes at Miramar College campus

• Morning class:            9:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.      

• Afternoon class:          1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.

Non-refundable, applies to all new students’ registration and to current students’ registration received after May 15, 2022

4 Non-refundable, apply after midnight, July 25th, 2022.

5 New student registration after December 18th, 2022.

Online payment with Visa/MasterCard. A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

Registration Priority:

The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 15, 2022. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.

Refund Policy:

The last day for refund is by midnight, September 18, 2022 (online withdraw form submitted and received). $150 processing fee plus $40 per week will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student. 

The refund is processed once a month and the refund check will be mailed out by mid of the following month.
