San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Credit Program 2024-2025 Registration Policy
Online Registration: | Current student registration begins April 14. Current students must complete registration by May 19, 2024 to avoid $50 registration fee. After July 21, an additional $50 late fee applies to all. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Placement Test: | 6th graders could enroll in Level II class with a passing score to the placement test. If you want to take a placement test, please register the Credit Program as instructed in this policy and register to take the placement test here. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
User Name/Password: | Current student username (student ID) is same as prior year. New student registration begins on May 20 here. Please allow 48 hours before your new account is approved. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Eligibility: | Students of 6th grade or higher with basic Chinese skills | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Registration Priority: |
The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 19, 2024. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available. |

Refund Policy: |
The last day for refund is by midnight, September 22, 2024 (online withdraw form submitted and received). $150 processing fee plus $50 per week ($70/week for AP) will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student. The refund requests will be processed by 10/1/2024 and the refund will be back to your credit card before 10/15/2024. |
