San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Adult Program 2020-2021 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins 4/19/2020. Current students must complete registration by May 17 to avoid $35 registration fee. After August 1st, an additional $50 late fee apply to all.

Office Location:           Sundays - Room F-212, Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd. San Diego, CA. 92126

Eligibility:                    Anyone interested in learning Mandarin Chinese.

Class Schedule:           Sundays, at Miramar College & Wednesday online ( refer to 2020_2021 SDHXCS calendar).                               

                         Afternoon class:          1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.   

                         •Wednesday class:         7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.   

Textbook:                   Integrated Chinese.

Registration fee:     Not refundable.Applies to the current students if registration received after May 17, 2020.

Method of Payment:    Online payment with Visa/MasterCard. A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

                                       Check payment must be accompanied with online registration confirmation slip. One check one student, payable to SDHXCS. The school is not responsible for checks lost in mail, or delayed registration due to such incident. A $30 charge is automatically imposed to the total  amount for each bounced check.

Registration Priority:   The current students enjoy priority if registration completed by midnight, May 17, 2020. For new students, enrollment is on first come first served basis, when space is available.

Refund Policy:            The last day for refund is by midnight, September 29, 2020 (request received via email).

                                     $20 processing fee plus $30 per week will be deducted regardless the actual attendance of the student.

Withdraw:                  Fill out online withdraw form and forward withdrawal confirmation to school management.
