网上付费:

Ø  采用网上付费方式,快捷便利,一次成功,无需再多手续。使用信用卡的回馈对您是一个奖励!

Ø  网上付费后收据会自动送到您所填写的邮箱。请将此收据保留至2020-2021学年结束,以备日后查询或更改之用。如未收到收据,请检查trash /spam。请注意邮箱地址拼写正确!

Ø 注意!! 不能多次点击"submit" 或"Pay Now"键,否则有可能产生多次付费。如果点击"submit"或"Pay Now" 后系统无反应,请即退出申请程序,并马上以邮件联系我们。

Ø  学分班学生如需申请平日上课,请于注册付费完成后提交注册变更申请表

Ø  提交注册表前请务必仔细检查所填各项资料,特别是学生年级,学校,邮箱地址。

Ø  为防止重复注册,一旦注册提交成功,系统将不再允许注册同一学生。

Ø  如果提交并付费成功后需要更改注册内容(课程,年级,上课时间,退学等),请点击学生信息更改/退学申请表,填写递交。

Ø  请直接至http://courses.sdhxcs.org登录自己的学生账号,更新密码及个人信息后选课注册(请参照学生注册指南)。

Ø  学生ID与2019_20学年一致。

Ø  尚未登录过学校网站的学生,请向您的任课老师查询学生ID。

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School 2020-2021 Registration Instruction

 

Stop!   Look to the right side of this page, read the Regular Program, Bilingual ProgramCredit Program, Adult Program and Enrichment Program Registration Policy before filling out forms.  

Pay online:

Ø Online payment is fast, easy, and convenient. Enjoy a reward too from your credit card company!

Ø For Credit Program students who wish to take weekday classes, please fill out "Registration Update" after your registration is completed.

Ø  Attention!! Do not click "submit" or "Pay Now" more than once, it may cause multiple charges. If the system fails to respond, please retreat from the application and contact us immediately.

Ø  With online payment, an auto receipt will be send to your credit card payee's email address immediately. Please keep the receipt till the end of the 2020-2021 school year in case you need to make changes.  Check your trash/spam if you don't see the auto receipt. Be sure to correctly spell out your email address!

Ø  Do Not apply for online refund! Refund can only be done, upon request, by the Administration. Please refer to below " Update Information".

Ø  A $20 processing fee applies to payment by check.

Ø  If unable to make online payment, you may choose pay by check. After submitting the registration, mail the check to: SDHXCS, 7920 Arjons Drive, Suite H, San Diego, CA 92126. Registration is complete only after payment is received.

Ø  To prevent multiple registration, the system will not accept the same application again once it has been successfully submitted.

Ø  To update your registration information (i.e. change program, grade level, class time, withdraw, etc.), please click Registration Update/Withdraw Request fill out and submit.

Ø  Your username (student ID) is the same as of 2019_20.

Ø  If you have never logged in before and don't know your username (student ID), please contact your teacher.

Online Registration:    Begins 4/19. Current students must complete registration by May 17 to avoid $35 renewal fee. After August 1st, an additional $50 late fee applies to all.

                         Morning class:            9:30 a.m. - 11:20 a.m.   Enrichment class: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.     

                         Afternoon class:          1:30 p.m. - 3:20 p.m.    Enrichment class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

San Diego Hua Xia Chinese School Enrichment Program 2020-2021 Registration Policy

Online Registration:    Begins August 1, 2020. If you would like to try a class, please DO NOT register until you decide which class you are going to take for the school year.

Location:                     Room F-212, Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd. San Diego,CA92126.

Course Schedule:         September, 2020 - May 23, 2021.

Class Time:                  Two sessions shown below unless specified otherwise on the Class Schedule.

                         Morning class:  11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.        

                         Afternoon class: 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

                         Multiple class participation is allowed for each student as long as schedule permits. 

Tuition:                       Student enrolled in Chinese program - as indicated in the program schedule;

                                    Student not enrolled in Chinese program - add $100 surcharge. 

Method of Payment:    Online payment with Visa/MasterCard. Personal check payment for adult enrichment classes.

Trial Class:    September 6th is a trial class day, except for Intermediate Vocal, Chinese Folk Dance, and Adult Yoga & Latin classes. Math and SAT/PSAT Prep classes have scheduled an evaluation test on 9/6.

Refund Policy:             You are given a trial class before registration. Therefore, there is NO refund, prorate or change after registration. Course introductions or videos are displayed on school website for your reference.

Teaching Language:   English or Chinese at the instructor's choice.    

Class Capacity:           Varies. As indicated in the program.    

Cancellation:              Class maybe cancelled if enrollment is low. Class schedules maybe altered due to room availability. In either case, tuition maybe fully refunded upon request.
